The object of these General Conditions is the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via computer network on website www.fcsrl.com belonging to FC srl based in Cavezzo (MO) via Santi n.154.
Every purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree No 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the rules of Law No. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the terms and conditions
The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to respect FC srl general conditions and method of payment, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him under the rules mentioned above, and also recognizing that the FC srl does not consider itself bound to different conditions, unless previously agreed in writing.
Customer's obligations
These Terms and Conditions of Sale must be examined online by customers on www.fcsrl.com before they confirm their purchases. The submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge of these Terms and Conditions and their full acceptance.
The Customer undertakes, once the purchasing process online is finished, to print and retain these terms and conditions already examined and accepted during the process of purchase, in order to fully satisfy the condition in Articles. 3 and 4 of Decree No 185/1999.
How to purchase
www.fcsrl.com is an electronic site that offers the opportunity to purchase books and multimedia products.
Purchases of products, available as illustrated and described in the descriptive and technical data sheets, is made by the customer at the price specified therein, net of tax, to be confirmed when placing his order confirmation, in addition to cost of shipping as specified below and at the time of purchase displays.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost when buying multiple products and their transport costs.
The minimum order is 50 € (excluding VAT).
By confirming the purchase, finalizing the transaction, the customer will receive an email containing a summary order, the date and the total amount.
Delivery of products
Products purchased will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Each shipment contains the goods ordered and shipping document. The products will be delivered during all working days.
FC srl is responsible, in case of loss or non-delivery, only for products shipped by courier, but not for the Italian Postal services.
Before the withdrawal of the product the customer must verify that the package is not damaged or wet. In this case, if accepted affix to the document that includes the delivery of the words "accepted with reserve." In the absence of this term and in case of damaged goods, no refund will be due him.
Warranty and Defective Products
Products purchased through the site www.fcsrl.com are subject to discipline, when applicable, referred to Legislative Decree No 2.2.2002 n.24 (G.U. No 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and warranties for consumer goods and, although not expressly mentioned, the specific provisions in the Civil Code.
This guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and / or malfunctions not evident at the time of purchase, if the product is used correctly and with due diligence, by respecting its destination and in accordance to the provisions in any technical documentation .
The above warranty will not be applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, or connection with electrical systems or any other type of connection not standard. The warranty is personal and will apply only to the original buyer, being reserved for customers and not to dealers, retailers, etc..
Any malfunction of the products must be reported within ten (10) days from receipt of goods, via e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The defective product to be replaced must be complete of packaging and all accessories at the moment of the return, and any documentation received from the customer at the time of purchase. The return of the product without the original packaging, accessories and any documentation of the above prevents FC srl to replace the product.

FC srl reserves the right to verify the defects claimed by the customer and make the replacement after the control.
The request will be processed only if the parcel will be returned the following documents: number and order date, product purchased and short description of the defect.
The costs of returning goods to the sender instead are paid by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Purchases made on www.fcsrl.com are governed by Italian law on sales. If you made a mistake on your order and you received an item that you don’t want, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal or the ability to return the product. We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, in perfect conditions, refunding the full amount (excluding shipping and handling charges, as required by Italian law).
Caution: for articles provided with SIAE, the product must be returned with the seal intact. We will not accept returns of items with the SIAE seal broken or missing.
